By now, you must have heard about the earthquake in Haiti. Aid is slowly coming in to help the people in the country, but most of us normal people can't go there to help ourselves. If you would like to donate $10 to the American Red Cross to the effort to help, you can text "Haiti" to 90999. Sprint customers have already donated over $1.2 million, simply by sending this message. If you don't have text messaging included in your plan, if doesn't matter, because Sprint has announced that they are going to waive the fees for text messaging. The $10 will only count against your next bill, and none of the money is being kept by Sprint or your carrier. The Sprint foundation has also donated $50,000 to the effort. (Sprint)
